Support
We strive to ensure that our clients receive the appropriate support that they require. Basically, 2 types of support are available; namely, helpdesk support and on-site support. Additionally, clients with maintenance plans have 24 x 7 access to the Microsoft Dynamic CustomerSource support website.
Training
To ensure that our clients benefit from their investment, our consultants provide training to all users on the system. Training sessions comprise of lecture sessions with hands-on practices on the system
